Great location a short walk from Hiroshima station, only a short tram ride to Hondori and the Peace Park, you can easily access Miyajima from here too if you wish to do a day trip! Multiple lifts meant there was minimal time waiting for it unlike most hotels here I've stayed in. The western-eastern mix brekkie buffet was lovely, especially loved the pumpkin bread. Laundry machines had codes you can input to lock the machines which I thought was neat, and there was more than the standard two machines I've frequently seen in laundry hotels, ontop of that you can from the hotel TV see when theyre in use.

Great location near the station and within a walking distance to the city center and just near the tram stop. Also a rich selection of buffet-style breakfast options.

Convenient location. Close to train station, 5 min walk and street car. A Lawson store is attached to hotel which was great. Plenty of places to eat close by. Cost to stay was the cheapest of all places we stayed at on our visit to Japan so good value really. Laundry on site very handy which we used.

The location was absolutely perfect. It was a short walk to the main Hiroshima station where I needed to base myself for Shinkansen usage. A medium-sized convenience store on level 1 of the hotel selling all travel essentials you might've forgotten, in addition to the usual convenience store stuff, is also very much appreciated. Other than that it's a very basic business hotel, but they provide everything you need. I also really like that they hang a little card at the entrance area which you can use to slot in for electricity instead of your room keycard. This meant that for the entire duration of my stay, I could leave the keycard in my purse without ever fumbling to take it out (the main door is unlocked by tapping).

Great location, short walk down the street from Hiroshima station where you can get trains or trams. Some good restaurants nearby and a Lawson convenience store downstairs was very handy. Lots of amenities available to collect in foyer for your room eg toothbrush, shampoo, tea/coffee, shower caps etc as well as items to borrow including hairdryer, iron , even food steamer. Clear housekeeping system that gave you the options of either No housekeeping, Change towels only, or full room clean. Hotel also has a coin laundry. They have computerised check in/out kiosks with multiple languages but there are staff there in case of issues.

Great location, close to the Shinkansen and local railway stations, and the bus station (left by bus for Matsue) and a tramline terminus. The Peace Garden, and other memorial sites were within walking distance for us, and while the bay was a reasonable distance away the transport facilities were good. There were plenty of eating places close by and shopping above the station. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff friendly on arrival. We left our bags for a while on the last morning and that was superbly organised.

Very short walk from the station. Late night convenience store on ground floor. You can leave bags. The building is utilitarian and efficient. Rooms are a decent size for Japan with space under the bed for bags. Onsen style baths. Free toiletries. Good bed. No street noise. The station has a great selection of places to eat and there are places in the street. About 15 mins away from the downtown food area.

We had a pleasant stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hiroshima. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. As expected in Japan, the room was quite small, but it was efficiently designed and comfortable for a couple of nights. Breakfast had some decent options but could be improved in terms of variety and quality. Overall, this is a solid and reliable choice for travelers looking for a clean, well-located hotel in Hiroshima. We’d recommend it for short stays, especially if you’re traveling by train.

Our stay here was great. The amenities provided were good and it was in a super convenient location right next to the station. There is a convenience store right next to the hotel entrance. Amazing value for money. The rooms include a hot tub, modern toilet, kettle, mini fridge, and they even offer pajamas and slippers. We did not use it, but they also offer a laundry service. The self check-in and checkout system was very convenient, but there was also friendly staff present to help so it didn't feel so impersonal. They also let us store our luggage in a large room with a security camera after checkout.

It was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic—according to maps, it’s a 10-minute walk from the JR station to the hotel, but in reality; it’s only about 5 minutes. The rooms are spacious with ample room for large luggage. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly charming and informative—they’re really wonderful. Having a Lawson on the first floor is incredibly convenient. Have I mentioned how fantastic the location is? It might be considered a bit far from the Peace Park, but that’s debatable. It’s either a 25-minute walk or a 10-15 minute ride on the streetcars, which depart every 10 minutes just 300 meters from the hotel.
